Thank you for shopping at SANHION. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled for purchases made on shop.sanhion.com.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Purchased directly from shop.sanhion.com
  • Unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included items
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Products not purchased from shop.sanhion.com

If your item was purchased from Amazon, Walmart, or another third-party marketplace, please contact the original seller or marketplace for return assistance.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@sanhion.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used for the order
  • The item you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • Photos or videos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or an incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. SANHION is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, size, color, or model, please contact us at support@sanhion.com. In most cases, we may recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sanhion.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sanhion.com.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
