Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, shipping destination, and available shipping methods.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable free shipping offer will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Typical delivery time is approximately 3–15 business days after the order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
SANHION is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sanhion.com. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, your building office, or the carrier first.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sanhion.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
